Our Product Guarantee to you: We will replace, at no charge to you, any product that is unsatisfactory. Shipping charges will apply. We ask that you ship to us the unsatisfactory candle prior to replacement. We very much take pride in our products, striving to create the best possible candle on the market.
Our Service Guarantee to you: We do not retain your credit card information and respect your email privacy. We will not pass on your email address to anyone or any company. We will fill your order in a respectful and prompt manner.
Sales Tax: Nevada customers will be charged sales tax, as per state code.
Shipping Time: We focus upon getting our candles to you as quickly as possible. We hand pour each and reserve 1 to 3 days to pour your candles. Depending upon your location, shipping time should be anywhere from 1 to 5 days. We do prefer to ship our candles at the beginning of the work week for those traveling a great distance, avoiding sitting in a hot/cold truck or warehouse over weekends and holidays.
Carriers: We prefer to ship the most cost effective method. Generally, for smaller packages, The U.S. Post Office is the preferred carrier. Larger packages usually ship UPS Ground.
Payment: The most expedient form of payment is by credit card, using our shopping cart system. However, if you wish to pay by check or money order, you may contact us by email or phone to place your order and receive our address. You may also prefer that we hand process your credit card, in which case, emailing or phoning would be appropriate. Our phone hours are from 10 am to 5 pm, PST. Please leave a message if you receive the answering machine. We will return your call.
